Terms of Service
Last updated: March 25, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. By using TripGob, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. About TripGob
1.1 What We Do. TripGob is an AI-powered travel itinerary generator. We use artificial intelligence to create personalized, day-by-day travel plans based on your inputs. We are not a travel agency, booking platform, or airline/hotel intermediary.
1.2 No Bookings. TripGob does not book flights, hotels, or any travel services on your behalf. Itineraries are planning tools only — all actual bookings must be made independently through airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.
1.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use TripGob. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with parental consent.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TripGob, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of TripGob after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Updates. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
3. AI-Generated Itineraries
3.1 Nature of AI Output. Itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that do not match real-world conditions.
3.2 Verify Before You Travel. Always verify critical information independently before your trip, including:
- Visa and entry requirements for your destination
- Prices, availability, and opening hours of attractions
- Local laws, safety advisories, and health requirements
- Flight and accommodation availability and actual costs
3.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy. Cost estimates, travel times, and recommendations are AI-generated approximations. TripGob makes no warranty that itinerary information is accurate, complete, or current.
3.4 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all travel decisions made based on AI-generated itineraries. TripGob is a planning aid, not a substitute for professional travel advice.
4. User Accounts & Data
4.1 Anonymous Use. You may generate itineraries without creating an account. Anonymous itineraries are automatically deleted after 90 days.
4.2 Signed-In Accounts. Signing in with Google or email allows you to save itineraries permanently to your profile and access them across devices.
4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@tripgob.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.4 Shared Itineraries. When you share an itinerary via a link, anyone with that link can view it. Do not include sensitive personal information in your trip planning inputs if you intend to share the itinerary.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TripGob only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to generate content that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

10.2 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
